Woods Hardwick Planning is promoting the allocation of a mixed use urban extension to the town of Arlesey. The site is 70 hectares situated on both sides of the High Street. The development includes 1000+ dwellings, 10 ha of employment, an extra care retirement community and is centred around a new town square with retail and other facilities, such as a doctor’s surgery and school to provide a new focal point for the community.
