Project Information

Woods Hardwick in conjunction with landscape architects produced the waste plan to illustrate the Clients vision and aspiration for the site. The scheme envisages a 2.3km rowing lake as a major recreational asset and landmark for Bedford and the eastern region. Also incorporated into the scheme was a care retirement community, a high technology research and development park, leisure, hotel, conference and residential uses.
