Project Information
Particular emphasis for the design of this building was placed upon high energy efficiency and sustainability, with the building achieving a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating. Key features of the buildings include a light and spacious reception adjacent to a structurally glazed atrium accommodating office and café space. Open plan and cellular office space were arranged to maximise use of natural daylight and ventilation. The site development also included a 3,000sq m + warehouse in a similar architectural style which also achieved a 'Very Good’ BREEAM rating.
