Project Information

The design aspiration for the units on the Wilstead Industrial Estate was to provide buildings that are both aesthetically contemporary and uses the latest technologies in an effort to maximise energy efficiency. The vernacular used is that of cladding systems combined with curtain walling and is representative of industrial buildings. The development uses many sustainable technologies, including the installation of photovoltaic roof panels, air source heat pumps and solar shading louvers. This has resulted in the scheme attaining a ‘very good’ BREEAM rating.
