Planning approval has been granted for a mixed use development in Wimbledon town centre comprising a 3 level underground car park for 245 cars, 3250m sq of retail floor space over two floors all of which is surmounted by 110 apartments.,40% of which are affordable. The scheme design has been developed in close liaison with the London Borough of Merton to erect a landmark building whilst dealing with a number of constraints and sensitive neighbour issues.
